Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
Sometimes, the relationship between a child and a parent is disrupted for some reason.
For whatever reason, sometimes parents AND children need to learn new ways of relating to one another, so that they can enjoy and find comfort and fun in relating to one another.
Research is showing that working with a caregiver and a child together in these situations can sometimes be more helpful than working with either separately.
CPP works on the premise that the parent is THE most important person in the child’s life, and that sometimes, the parent needs extra support to get through a difficult time.
