Existential Psychotherapy

Sometimes the issues that we are grappling with are not so easily identifiable.  Possibly everything is going well, but we have a sense of dread or emptiness.

We might be wrestling with the basic dilemmas of the human experience:  the inevitability of death; the search for meaning; personal responsibility; a feeling of isolation.

These are all core issues that can come up, and that merit our attention and concern.  As Einstein has said, the most important question that a human being needs to address is whether or not the universe is a friendly one.

The way that we decide to structure our worldview has a huge impact on our experience and satisfaction in life.  Some people find it helpful to address these issues in psychotherapy.
