Reasons for Considering Therapy

People come to therapy to address a variety of issues.

Whether you are experiencing a certain stuckness in your job, or are challenged in dealing with your teenager, or finding that you are blowing up all the time, therapy can assist you in finding answers and shifting the dynamics that just seem to be replaying themselves all the time.

It can be helpful to step out of a situation to consider it from a different angle, in order to get different results.
